This particular machine is packaging bag-in-box margarita mix, made by Jim Beam Brands. The boxes run through the Acculane Lane Divider on conveyor and get filed into 3 separate lanes. When the pneumatic cylinder senses a full load, it pushes the product, in a 3 wide x 2 long pattern onto the tray. The tray then moves down the conveyor, and is formed around the product, eventually moving to the shrink wrapper. The trays are indexed in an easy load magazine, and are placed onto the conveyor via vacuum. Features include:
