Pro-Pal UniPal

Offering higher capacity than entry-level systems, the Pro-Pal UniPal from Priority One can palletize a higher layer weight at significantly higher speeds. The Pro-Pal UniPal is a low-level system and as such allows the pallet to remain at floor level throughout the entire loading process while allowing product cases to enter the system at any elevation that is convenient. The Pro-Pal UniPal Low Level Case Palletizer system is the foundation for many of our multi-line systems. The mainframe of the system is a twin-tower design, formed and fabricated from ¼” steel plate and structural tubing for maximum strength and rigidity. With the ability to move layers of up to 600 lbs and to build pallets up to 110″ in height, all applications can benefit from deploying a Priority One Pro-Pal UniPal Low Level Cse Palletizer in their environment. The Pro-Pal UniPal is modular in its design, enabling it to fit into almost any plant layout. The Pro-Pal UniPal Low Level Case Palletizer system can be equipped with:

• Slip sheet inserters.
• Tier sheet inserters.
• Multiple pallet magazines.
• Dual row infeeds — substantially increasing the standard infeed capacity by dividing the stream of cases into multiple rows.
• Layer forming tables.
• Horizontal slat switches, which maximize the pattern-forming rate by producing case rows without stoppages.

Pro-Pal Mini

The Pro-Pal Mini from Priority One is a compact, full-featured, low level palletizing system designed to palletize products efficiently with minimal operator attention. Operating on-demand, the Pro-Pal Mini orients products into pre-programmed layer patterns and builds loads at speeds up to three layers per minute. Pro-Pal Mini systems are modular, allowing for multiple system configurations. The unique, compact design of the Pro-Pal Mini allows packagers to maximize productivity using minimal floor space. In a typical U-shaped configuration, the entire Pro-Pal Mini system occupies a mere 176 sq. ft. from in feed belt to discharge station. The system is especially well suited to multi-shift operations where manual palletizing is done, or where “robot” palletizing is being considered. The Pro-Pal Mini has been specially designed to provide years of trouble-free service, requiring minimal maintenance. The heavy-duty construction and advanced features make the system ideally suited to continuous production environments. The single tower which supports and transports the layer plate is constructed of heavy-duty 3/8″ structural steel; it never lifts more than the weight of one layer at a time. Hollow bore drive units reduce unnecessary wear of critical bearings and guides by eliminating drive train backlash on stop/starts and forward/reverse movements. The control devices throughout the machine incorporate the latest non-contact sensors and hardware. The programmable controller facilitates on-demand operation by monitoring the presence/absence of products and pallets with proximity switches and photo-eyes. Pro-Pal Mini has been designed to deliver years of low-maintenance, trouble free operation.
